Delete your account
You can delete your Mundinautic account and your data whenever you like, from the app or from this page. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
How to delete it
- In the Mundinautic app (iPhone and Android): Account → Delete my account.
- On the website: sign in and press «Delete my account» on this page. It is also in My account.
- Can’t sign in? Write to info@mundinautic.com from your account’s email address and we will delete it within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and your profile (name, email and phone).
- Your boats with their details, images and documents, and their log: maintenance, equipment, tasks and hours.
- Your requests for parts, services, insurance and paperwork.
- Your berth listings with their photos, your alerts and the notifications you have received.
- Your links with professionals: they no longer see your boats.
What is kept
- The professionals you have worked with keep their own records (work orders, quotes, bookings and transports), without any link to your account.
- The messages you sent to other advertisers stay in their conversation, without your name.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, only for the legal period.
Business accounts
If you manage a Mundinautic Pro account or a business selling on Mundinautic, it has to be closed first: write to info@mundinautic.com and we will do it with you. Before that, you can download your data to Excel from your Pro account.
